Clothing is shipped only after payment has been confirmed and the order is ready for dispatch. Orders placed while checkout is in Pending payment status are not shipped.

Shipping availability, carrier, cost, and estimated delivery time depend on the destination and order. These details are confirmed with you before payment. A checkout label reading “Shipping quote pending” is not a promise of free shipping.
After dispatch
When an order is dispatched, available carrier and tracking details will be added to the order and shared through the account or another agreed contact method. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Import duties or local taxes, where applicable, will be disclosed before payment when known and may be collected by local authorities.
